| 6905 | 2000-10-31 08:37:00 | I have a new PC (less than a month old running ME) I have noticed that when I do a restart it will sometimes hang prior to shutting down completely. As a result it never restarts. Also when I use the modem the computer slows to a crawl. I was told by a tech friend that the PC wasn't getting enough power to drive the components, is he correct? | Guest (0) | ||
