| 6868 | 2000-10-28 20:17:00 | Quick Launch, which used to sit to the left of the Start button, now reverts to centre of the bottom screen bar. Ive moved it to the left, but after a restart, it reverts to the centre position. There appears to be another Quick Launch bar,(with double II bars on the Righthand Side of the same bar, it contains nothing but I can't shift/open it. Hope this makes sense.
