6936	2000-11-02 20:57:00	For some unknowen reason, possibly an act of god, I cannot access Spell Check in PowerPoint - Office 2000. All other applications operate spell check fine. When I go to check spelling in PowerPoint a window comes up stating - 'Can't find the spelling files for the default language. Please make sure these files are installed correctly'. As one can imagine this is mighty frustrating experience for one and all. According to the help menu, (a contradiction in terms)and the only point of reference I can find, it says to look in a root directory blah blah proof. It talks about this file being shared by other office applications etc (which all spell check fine) Basicaly I found this file - but then what do you do. If you could please help my Powerpoint problem I would be eternally gratefully. (You can probably tell from some of my spelling that I need the spell checker desperately) Regards Ian	Guest (0)
