| 7025 | 2000-11-08 07:49:00 | Trying to install and play Mortal Kombat Trilogy and Abe's Exoddus my computer continually crashes. Especially Abe's Exoddus. I have the latest drivers for my STB Velocity 128 Video card and Soundblaster Audio PCI128d Sound Card. I have disabled Nortons Antivirus while installing. I have been to both game manufacturers web sites to see if there are any patches or support options for these games but there aren't any patches and the support mentions only getting updated drivers for the video and sound cards. Also in Abe's Exoddus I can get the game to load but when it gets to the controller selection screen the cursor flashes all over the place. I don't get any error messages, the computer freeses in MK3 and Abe's just crashes and takes me back to the desktop.Any ideas on what I can try .I'm running Windows 98 with a Pentium 2 266 with 64mb of Ram. Stan Any ides on what I could do.I do |
