| 7106 | 2000-11-15 22:16:00 | I am trying to identify the size of some 30 pin 70ns IBM ram modules on a 486 motherboard. there are 2 ram chips plus a parity chip(I think) to each module. the ram chip ID is - 014400j2c Are these modules - 1M, 500k or 256 each |
