First uninstall it with Revo uninstaller, using advanced mode. OR remove-babylon-toolbar (www.ehow.com) have a read from that link, click on the blue start button to follow instructions. |

See if that helps. Windows 7 doesn't run programs with admin rights by default regardless of whether you have admin rights on your account. |
