1267419 2012-03-29 21:33:00 Try running Super antispyware through it. Babylon Tool bar and some other entries usually wont go easily.

First uninstall it with Revo uninstaller, using advanced mode. OR remove-babylon-toolbar (www.ehow.com) have a read from that link, click on the blue start button to follow instructions.

1267420 2012-03-29 21:57:00 Right click the spybot shortcut and chose run as administrator, or go into properties, compatibility (I think) and tick the run as administrator box. See if that helps.
Windows 7 doesn't run programs with admin rights by default regardless of whether you have admin rights on your account.
