1244330 2011-11-18 21:07:00 I don't see why the name of tis thread is "Apple at it again" is that implying they stopped at some point? People should really see this as normal behavior from Apple. icow (15313)

1244333 2011-11-19 05:40:00 crApple? didn't they invent fire???...and the wheel??...what a bunch of ___________(insert expletive). KarameaDave (15222)
1244334 2011-11-19 07:06:00 Just be a bit humble - Apple have got lawyers lined up in droves ready to sue anything with a vowel in it's name, is transported by any form of motion, or powered by either an internal or external power source. Even as we browse, their researchers are trying to patent and/or prohibit anything possessing value (but that is slightly delayed pending Apple producing something worth more than it costs). Anybody failing to be humble will be publicly flogged for impersonating an Apple fan. R2x1 (4628)
1244335 2011-11-20 07:46:00 Apple are just ******s. The end. rob_on_guitar (4196)
1244336 2011-11-20 08:56:00 Apple should tread warily and be very careful what they wish for. If they continue to sue over trivia like this they will incur the wrath of the US judicial system, and when aggrieved competitiors win their cases and sue for damages and costs, even Apple's revenues will not be enough to keep them afloat.

Jobs is gone, Apple is in the crosshairs, the countdown has begun..........

Cheers

Wait till some smart competitor offers a free Apple with every
product sold, and see how far that gets in the Court system.
