| 1268107 | 2012-04-03 03:28:00 | I have the Netcomm NB6Plus4WN. It's just been since we were upgraded to ADSL2 that the disconnections have been happening, used to be rock solid. i really should get around to trying a different modem though, just incase. :p | wratterus (105) | ||
| 1268108 | 2012-04-03 03:38:00 | Only thing keeping me on orcon are the speeds and free static IP. When the fibre down my raod gets connected i'll jump ship to the cheapest fibre reseller on the line. Random Q, would changing ISP's allow you to keep the same IP? |

| 1268111 | 2012-04-03 06:16:00 | ... replace it with the new 582n. Made a huge difference at my place. I've got the new 582n, too. The only thing I can complain about is, sometimes (sometimes only) its takes a long time, 3 ~ 5 minutes to initialise after the router is switched ON. Sometimes, it's fast, though. Do you have this problem as well? |

Do you have this problem as well? I haven't noticed - it's only been disconnected three times since the beginning on January and that's only due to power outages in the middle of the night or "accidental" unplugging (damn teenagers!) when I haven't been at home... The old 585 would disconnect between 3 and 6 times a day.... every day. |
