wow thats crappy. my $800 amd 7950 gpu they sent me was faulty i sent it back and within a week they sent me a replacment. you really have to talk to them through there support page on the website otherwise they do not respond. |

After I asked for the refund they deleted all the correspondence messages they had with me on their support page, so now I can't talk to them. |

If you do go and see them be polite. Don't go there being angry as you will get no where. As Slankydudl has said they could of possibly had a fault with the page and your messages accidently disappeared. |

Billy from Computer Lounge just got back to me and has assured me that my refund has been put through. I'll be buying a custom made system from them soon :) |
