1267992 2012-04-04 02:18:00 Financially backed 99.9% up-time SLA. This has been the case since we moved to Exchange 2010. Perhaps the documentation you received was incorrect and reflected the old SLA.

We have not changed pricing recently. We believe that compared with what Microsoft are offering, particularly around support, OneNet provides exceptional value. If your system is not working and you can't get hold of a support person who can actually help you, you're unlikely to be thinking "I'm glad I'm saving a couple of dollars a month on this".

1267993 2012-04-04 06:04:00 I am an IT consultant and at the end of the day, I need to provide my customers with the solution i think will have the best mix of support (key) and service offering . The OneNet Hosted Plaform and especially their Hosted Exchange delivery is awesome .

I have approximately 50 customers and arround 300 mailboxes on their platform and always receive great support and backup when i need it . Ive had customers on MS BPOS/Office 365, and as an administrator, the OneNet solution is far superior . Much easier to maintain and change settings on than the MS solution . No powershell commands to muck up - all changed via their control panel .

One of our customers had an issue whilst on the Office 365 platform . The control panel wouldnt allow then to add another user . We went to MS and got escalated to around 10 different people and the problem still wasnt resolved after around 3 weeks . That ultimately lost the business for them as it was tiresome talking to someone that wasnt in NZ/Aus, and having to fight with shift change overs and phone delays, only to have your case lost in the millions of others MS probably have in their ticketing queues .

I highly recommend this service to all wanting an awesome Kiwi owned and operated service for their Hosted platform/Cloud Computing solution .
