7149	2000-11-19 01:34:00	I record a macro that custom filters a date column. The 2 conditions are greater than or equal to one date and leass than or equal to another. I then replace the dates with a varable in VBA to be dependent on user input from a form and the filtered result is none even though there are. I think I have the syntax wrong with the conditions e.g Selection.AutoFilter Field:=3, Criteria1:='>=10-Nov-00', Operator:=xlAnd _ , Criteria2:='<=14-Nov-00' works ok but Selection.AutoFilter Field:=3, Criteria1:='>=Start', Operator:=xlAnd, Criteria2:='>=Finish' doesnt.
