7177 2000-11-22 02:29:00 Through unknown causes (I suspect by use of computer by someone less savvy than me - and that's saying something!) I have two problems for which I seek assistance.
1. When computer starts an error message advises 'The OUTLLIB.DLL file is linked to missing export MAP132.DLL:36'. Somehow this also impacts on photos once stored (now inaccessible) in an Agfa photowise program. It would appear that Outlook may be the culprit but I believe this was never installed on this computer.
2. When starting Netscape Messenger I am each time required to re-enter the Mail and Newsgroup Setups - what can be done to 'save/default' this information, thus avoiding having to re-enter info each time?
I have recently (a) ensured Outlook Express was unticked in the' Windows 98' box of Control Panel, have uninstalled Netscape and have reinstalled Office 97 Pro and have installed Netscape from disk supplied with Nov edition of PC World - none of which has corrected either of the above two problems.
Any suggestions/advice from anyone would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
