| 7199 | 2000-11-24 09:56:00 | When does the enjoyment start with Web audio ? When I dial up a site it 'buffers' up to 30 times in 3 minutes. Surely this is not what people tuning to live concerts have to tolerate ? I have a Celeron 400 64M RAM, 56 K modem running at 49333. With IHUG and MoreNet. Could I possibly get three minutes solid by Xmas ? |
