7325	2000-11-30 21:16:00	I live in the wap-waps & don't make a lot of local calls, so some time ago I changed to a cheaper call plan but pay for local calls. This month I was testing some stuff & made 41 connections to XTRA (087 number). I was dismayed to see that these calls were charged as local calls! (Private phone btw, not a business). Surely this is another nail for Telecoms idea of changing internet numbers - I'm still making a local call ... and have the bill to prove it.	Guest (0)
