My PC was working fine. I turned it off and moved it about a metre along the table, turned it on again. Turning on the switch powered the monitor, but not the rest of the PC-no power lights on the monitor itself. No hard drive start up, no fan etc. This left the monitor just flashing on and off,no BIOS, or text on screes. Seems power is not getting to the PC but is getting from the PC to monitor. Is it more likely a loose wire, the switch or the power box at the back or what? |
