| 7374 | 2000-12-04 02:52:00 | Every time I use Napster, I can't shut down my computer, a blue screen appears with the following message. A fatal exception OD has occurre at 566:000001A2 The application will be terminated. Press CTRL +ALT +DEL again to restart your computer. You will lose any unsave information in all applications. When I do CTRL +ALT +DEL my computer just freezes up. How can I fixs this problem, please up me. Cheers Kieran |
