| 7363 | 2000-12-03 22:42:00 | I have recently installed Windows ME upgrade version. A couple of times when I have gone into 'Help' the 'Help&Support' window opens with the message 'Web page unavailable off line try back button etc. I can do nothing with this window except close it.I have not been online at the time. I have been able to retrieve the Help sysyem by using 'System Restore' but can anyone tell me why this is happening? |
