My version of Outlook 2000 has developed a fault that takes effect whenever you click in the Contacts Search box provided on the Tool Bar. As soon as you place the cursor in the box the system throws up the error message that states that this has triggered a Fatal Fault and the the application will close. When you click OK, it duly closes.
I have tried reinstalling (2X now!) all to no effect. I am reduced to working round the problem by remembering never to click in the box. I can click on the small address book incon immeditately to the left of the box without any difficulty and then scroll to the entry I require. However, I would, of course, like the thing to respond properly. Does anybody have any ideas? |
