| 7547 | 2000-12-11 23:07:00 | Pentium III-500 128Mb Ram Hp CD-Writer 7100 internal I have a problem with my CD-Writer in that when I load a blank CD into the drive to burn to, the program often (about 50% of the time) reports that the cd does not contain enough space to burn to. These are blank CDs, I have tried many different brands. The software I am currently using is Nero Burning ROM 5. I have tried other software, with the same error occuring. I was wondering if it could be something to do with the hardware not being calibrated properly - would a technician be able to do something with it?? Any suggestions greatly appreciated, I'm getting very annoyed that most of the blank CDs I buy appear to be useless! Thanks Michael |
