| 7529 | 2000-12-11 12:35:00 | Hi When ever I try to run a game the uses Direct 3D it completly freezes my computer and I have to reset. I didn't have this problem until I installed my new CPU and motherboard. I have also tried updating my GFX card drivers but this hasn't helped. MY computer also freezes when I attempt to perform the Direct 3D test using the dxdiag utility. I have also been getting the following error in the form of the famous windows blue screen of death: An error has occured: File name VMM(01)+0000DC9a Error: OE : 0028 : C000EC99 Here are my system Specs: P!!! 750E Gigabyte GA-6VX7-4X Motherboard Leadtek Geforce2 MX Windows ME Any help would be appreciated....Thanks |
