| 7594 | 2000-12-14 09:10:00 | CDScan was downloaded from PC World Plus September CD. When I attempted to install it this error message came up:- Setup is unable to find SETUP.DLL, which is needed to complete the installation. Error 103 Can anyone help me on this one? |
