| 7554 | 2000-12-12 10:42:00 | After downloading file cdscan1.0b from the September PC World Plus CD Rom, I tried to execute it and came up with the following error message:- Setup is unable to find SETUP.DLL, which is needed to complete the installation. Error 103 Can anyone tell me what I need to do to get CDScan to install? |
