| 7595 | 2000-12-14 10:55:00 | I have been trying to run the windows scan disk and the disk defragmenter but of late the programs restarts on its on and does not reach completion,I get the message of restarting due to disk rewrite.i have disabled some of my background running programmes but still face te same problem.pls suggest a remedy.
