| 7644 | 2000-12-18 11:56:00 | I am using Windows 98SE and have recently developed a problem with accessing internet sites from a shortcut on the desktop. When attempting to do so, an error message is generated saying 'Windows cannot find Program.exe. This file is needed for opening files of type URL Hypertext Transfer Protocol.' I have re-installed both Win98se and IE5.5 with no success. This file is not on my system. How can I re-establish this desktop option. Thank you, regards, Don |
