We are continually experiencing complete lock-up of our pc during internet download of files - we have to press reset each time - we have had the modem checked twice by the supplier and they say it is not the modem but possibly a 'dirty phone line' ? System is only 8 months old Pentium III 533MHz and the modem is standard 56k fax/modem |
