| 7663 | 2000-12-19 18:51:00 | Insertion of any disc in the DVD-ROM drive immediately initiates a blue error screen. RESULT. I can't run drivers, programs, or even the Restore Disk. COMPUTER. Compaq 5858 ex Singapore. O/S. Win 98 SE ALL usual options tried with no sign of trouble, except a flag at the top of the configsys list when running SystemConfigUtility.Any ideas? M/S Knowledge Base no help. Thanks. |
