| 1269342 | 2012-04-11 05:51:00 | I use Outlook 2007 extensively . In the Tasks Menu I have a number of Recurring Tasks with differing frequencies . Outlook has a Standard View Called " Next Seven Days" . I have tried to modify this view by copying it and renaming it Next Five Days and "playing around with various parameters . None works that I have tried . My reason for wanting a 5 Day View is that under the 7 Days View when I mark as complete a Recurring Task it immediately reappears with the next date of recurrence (ie in 7 days time) . I would like the "moral" satisfaction of having the Recurring Task disappear (as at date of completion) - the "sense of accomplishment" . It would then reappear 2 days later as due within the next 5 days . The filter area with TASKS does not permit the alterations I need . Does anyone know how to create a working Next Five Days View . ? |

I also tried going into the SQL Tab in the Filter section and overwrote the 7 in the script with 5. The error message appeared "Error parsing SQL Script" I had even tried to insert text such as -2 days in various date sectors such as On or before but no luck. I wonder if some of the Date filter options are "hard coded" |
