Is there a solution that can record issue symptoms, frequency of issue, resolution steps etc We currently use Spiceworks to document resolution steps, but there appears to be no way to interogate this system if the same symptoms occur. In addition if e.g. a Switch fails every Friday of the month we do not currently record this detail etc. Can you indicate the software Name, open source or commercial, cloud compatible or local machine only &tc Any feedback welcome! |
