| 1269110 | 2012-04-10 04:36:00 | I have been using Turbocad for some years and have various versions. Lately using my HP and Win7 I have had big problems with the program crashing - so much so I have removed the professional version altogether (it was old but until recently had produced some excellent drawings for me). I decided to simplify life - nowadays I only want a 2d drawing program So bought Turbocad DESIGNER. Precision 2D Drafting according to the box. Which also states for Windows XP and Vista. Any attempt to insert a dimension on the drawing and it immediately crashes - and I have tried every combination I can think of to stop it. None of my other CAD programs seem to have a problem. The TurboCad forum has proved useless, and past experience with trying to contact Turbocad (IMSI) direct puts me off that route. A CAD program that does not allow the use of dimensions is a bit useless. Can anybody help ? Tom |

| 1269111 | 2012-04-10 04:41:00 | Install any updates if there are any on the site? Ask turbocad? Or go to their web support | Speedy Gonzales (78) | ||
| 1269112 | 2012-04-10 05:19:00 | Trying to install updates is virtually impossible. The links quoted in the program just don't work and report unable to access the site. Getting support from TurboCad I have alwys found extremely difficult. However I have tried again and have filled in what they call a "ticket"for help. It was a very difficult process. I live in hope.
