| 1245624 | 2011-12-01 04:00:00 | Wow, the stench of ignorance is strong in here.... I'm surprised by the number of people who let labour and NZF do there thinking for them, luckily for NZ, Labour couldn't confuse the educated. Many many business float shares to create capital to expand and that is what National plan to move ahead. Iwi, Kiwisaver, supers & ACC will now have solid investment opportunities locally. Great stuff National I hope they also get mandate for more mining like Oz |

| 1245626 | 2011-12-01 06:55:00 | And many people sell assets when they are short of cash, and sometimes they buy them back or but other assets when they have more cash. Yes lets mine as much as we can responsibly, and if the Greens want to move the snails, let them move them. Brazil and Argentina are finding HUGE oil fields off shore, why not us ? |

| 1245629 | 2011-12-01 07:19:00 | Big difference between reducing debt voluntarily and having to reduce debt like Greece and Italy and Spain are. The argument isnt about reducing debt voluntarily. The argument is about selling the Silverware to do so. ;) |

Not if you dont use a dodgy carrier who use dodgy boats owned by some dodgy company, sailed by a dodgy crew flying the flag of some other dodgy country. | Iantech (16386) | ||
| 1245631 | 2011-12-01 11:54:00 | Brazil and Argentina are finding HUGE oil fields off shore, why not us ? Because we haven't really looked, there hasn't been a lot of exploration off our coasts. The Penrod rig sank a few around the place quite a few years back, much of what they found was small and uneconomic to get out at the time. There are huge deposits in the Atlantic, Britain has recently found some more large ones in the South Atlantic close to the Falklands - oil fields have been known of down there since the 1970's and was one of the reasons the Argies wanted it back in 1982 (and still do!!). The Govt at the time when oil was found passed a law to prevent any further exploration, they are still sitting on it. | Iantech (16386) | ||

Its funny because its true. Middle east fight for oil and to continue working in peace (Libya). NZ gets Rena. NZ gets free oil on beachs. I'd say thank you Rena but i wouldnt want to cause a debate here and make NZ another Libya, except we'd all be after John Key...has to be his fault..always is. |
