| 7841 | 2001-01-01 20:25:00 | After installing some software I have lost the use of both my CDRom and external CDwriter(HP 8200). The error message is the same: 'This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device. (Code 31) I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling both drives in Device Manager, but am getting no further. Any suggestions??? (Operating system: Win2000) |
