| 7842 | 2001-01-01 20:01:00 | I have had emails from people who have customised their email page, ie have teddy bears in the background, or similar, and would like to do the same, where do I go to do this, andhow is it acheived. I have looked at the stationery pull down in xtra, but none of these are relevant. | Guest (0) | ||

You need to look for a folder called 'Stationery' on your PCs hard disk (click on Start | Find Files or Folders) and add your downloaded HTML page there. However, HTML email isn't actually a Good Thing. It increases the size of email messages a great deal, and some people's email programs render the HTML incorrectly. HTML email is also frowned upon by security experts, because it can be used to convey so-called active content, which might be used to create mischief. So, I would stick to plain text in emails, if possible. -- Juha |
