7825	2000-12-31 02:42:00	I run WindowsME on an Intel433mz, 17GB hard drive with 128MB Ram. When I try to inset Clip Art, I am able to draw the frame but as soon as I click Insert - Clip Art - the frame fills with diagonal lines that I am unable to get rid of. I would appreciate Help.
