7915	2001-01-08 01:08:00	This problem is driving me up the wall. I have Windows ME (Upgrade version) installed. Sometimes when i try to go into 'HELP' I get the page opening with 'THIS PAGE CANNOT BE DISPLAYED. THE PAGE YOU ARE LOOKING FOR IS CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE' etc It doesn't matter if I am online or offline. The only way I can get things back to normal is by using the 'System Restore' function.
