| 7963 | 2001-01-12 03:22:00 | I am having trouble defragmenting my Hard Drive. I open up the defragmenting program and choose what I want done then it starts, but has never moved beyond 0%. I have left it for hours but no change. I want to clean up my computer and thought this would be the best way, I have all sorts of different files in places im not sure they should be.
