My ISP does not require for proxy server to be enabled but on a couple of occasions I have had difficulty connecting to Web sites and on investigating my Internet settings, have found the 'connect using proxy server' to be ticked and enabled. what is causing this to happen. I de-frag regularly in safe mode and use Norton Utilities too. |
