8028	2001-01-16 12:03:00	PC World offer comprehensive reviews of hardware including support etc yet leave out a real basic component. Dealer availability. No point in reviewing a quality product that few dealers, or any dealers that have been heard of stock. A warranty has to go bach through the dealer, if they are third tier dealers your chance of success is very limited. Why noy add a rating, dealer availability.
