8020	2001-01-16 01:22:00	The mouse pointer freezes on screen after using keyboard. When I re-boot, windows cannot detect mouse and finds duplicate floppy & controller, LPT1,& com1. Have new PS/2Genius netscroll mouse. Celeron 300/64,win 98. Have been wrestling for some time with this persistant and frustrating problem. All may work fine for 2-3 Days, then freeze. What other mouse drivers should remain on system? Mouse.drv, msmouse.vxd, vmouse.vxd. Freeze appears to be a conflict with keyboard?? In addition the device manager now displays devices in a jumbled order.... mostly hanging off Plug & Play Bios. Tips/suggestions invited.	Guest (0)
