8078	2001-01-19 18:14:00	Hi, i have a problem and i hope someone out there will be able to help me. I wanted to buy a speech recognition software (like Dragon Naturally speaking...ect), but my computer has got a Chinese version of Windows 98 and Office 2000 installed and my sound card driver (Yamaha) also has a Chinese version driver installed. I was wondering if I buy a Speech recognition software here in NZ( which is the English version of course), WILL I BE ABLE TO THE SPEECH RECOGNITION SOFTWARE(I probably won't use it to dictate commands but to use mainly on speech to text) If i can, which brand of software would you recommand?
