8194	2001-01-28 08:34:00	I'm using Windows 98 2nd Edition & IE5.5. Suddenly it won't boot telling me 'msoe.dll can not be loaded'. I've found said msoe.dll under Prog Files OE so it was there. I reinstalled 98 and IE5. No joy. I deleted msoe.dll (which appears to be only a text file of update info) and reinstalled 95 and IE5. msoe.dll has not come back. Where did it come from and How can I get a good copy back	Guest (0)
