1269911 2012-04-13 20:44:00 Hello ,
my computer stops working ( gets extremely slow ,launching total commander takes 2 minutes ) whenever I connect to the internet .
It works just fine when offline. Its just a few weeks since I completely reinstaled my system wich makes that much more annoying.
I actualy found a thread wich pretty much sums up my problems ,but didnt manage to solve them myslef.

I'm trying to get rid of my problem for a few days now but I'm running out of ideas.
Few days ago my notebook suddenly stopped responding, so I did a manual reboot(nothing else worked). Since this time it freezes everytime I connect to Internet, via wifi or ethernet . I can work on the computer without any problems while it isn't connected. I was trying to figure out what is wrong with the system, so I have done some antivirus/spyware scans (SaS, MBAM and avast). These scans found some unwanted files so I get rid of them, but this didn't help with my issue.
Also I tried to run Windows in a Safe Mode and here everything works without any problem, including internet access. I tried to look for some kind of solution for my problem and the only thing I have found is that my system may be still infected.
I would like to ask for your help(I'm using Windows 7).

I tried downloading Hijackthis and did a scan ,but dont see any problems .

Why these?
So that, various updates, Skype, Steam.....bet they all launch and update, phone home etc all at once when you're online.

Ditch all the update stuff in there. Ditch the remote help - you can enable it again should you need someone.

1269914 2012-04-14 18:44:00 Thanks for the advice.
No I dont have the comodo antivirus , though I fixed the things you told me to and ditched the update stuff too ,and its working for now atleast .
My specs are Intel core 2 duo 3.00GHz ,4 GB ram ,ATI radeon HD 4800 ,Windows 7.
Does the PC actually get overwhelmed by all that automatic update stuff and get stuck ? I would never expect that ,thats just weird :)

Anyway its working ,thanks again guys .
