| 1245901 | 2011-11-27 23:42:00 | I recently brought a phone off trademe, it was listed and brand new. When I recieved the phone things went crappy pretty quickly. Emailed him twice. No response. So i went hunting :devil I now have: 1) A picture of him and his drivers licence 2) His age 3) His mobile number 4) His profiles on popular social networking sites 5) His email 6) What school he went to 7) Evidence of him trying to avoid trademe fees 8) Area of NZ he lives in 9) Activity on forums in NZ and the US That's why you dont f*ck with someone who knows what he's doing on a computer or at least a basic understanding of the concept of "googling". I wish I had his address or ip, that would be gold. Anyway I want my money back :( |

When you plug it into the charger the blue light for the keypad comes on but thats it. It worked correctly for about 1 day when I got it. I'm planning on giving him a call later. | icow (15313) | ||

I think you'd be better off cutting your losses here or join everyone else in the small claims line. |
