Prefect, you'd know ... yesterday I was stopped in traffic at the lights Beach Rd/ Strand / Parnell Rise heading up to Parnell and there was a gun shop on the left. They were advertising if you were over 18, had a drivers licence, you didn't need a gun licence. I knew we were liberal, but not that liberal. Can you comment? |

That would only apply to the low powered air rifles. |

| 1247298 | 2011-12-13 14:32:00 | OK - an update ---------------- I just got back from a trip to SoCal to get the last of mt stuff that didn't fit into the moving van: my Blazer and a trailer and a few shop tools and some propane tanks and my sand tires and rims . I left on Sunday at 14:00 and got here, 1337 miles away, at 21:15 on Monday evening (this is Tuesday, right? - Yeah - I just looked) . Great trip - driving and then a nap or three and then drive some more . The air flight was so fast - two hours - but the thirty-two hour long drive back (with naps) really makes one appreciate the difference in travel modes . Since I just now woke up here in Hamilton in my own bed and still have 'White Line Fever' - I'll have to post more when I get my head screwed back on better . I'm still seeing Rorschach patterns when I close my eyes --- and I think I have a head cold now too . I need to get out of the travel mode and back into the being at home mode . It was hectic! |

| 1247299 | 2011-12-13 19:30:00 | What is considered 'high powered'? I think its anything over 1000 feet per second ... but don't quote me on that, check with your local arms officer at the Police station. |
