1270106 2012-04-15 03:18:00 Have a new Telecom Samsung Galaxy S2 and have worked out how to view good old local "on Demand" tv stations but when I go to ISky to watch all I get is sound and an enlarged functions bar. Is it possible to view ISky on an android mobile and if so how ? I have wifi and a good connection, but only get audio.

Andy.

1270107 2012-04-15 04:09:00 I think you need to get the flash apk from memory, it can be instlled from here play.google.com G9iZS5mbGFzaHBsYXllciJd or just search for "Flash Player" in the play store The Error Guy (14052)

1270109 2012-04-15 13:05:00 I don't have isky so I can't test, try using another browser such as ICS browser +, Firefox or opera and see if that helps. Also check so see what the default flash player is. I'm not sure where that setting can be changed though tbh. If i find out ill post back.

If you really want to try you could get Westcrips Ressurection Mod for SGSII, its a great custom rom that gets rid of all the samsung bloatware (touchwiz and the like) but keeps all the nice samsung features such as swype, allshare samsung store etc.

Not sure if it's still the "best" ICS SGS ROM but its very nice, in particular the swype part.

1270110 2012-04-15 21:17:00 Adobe / Google are ending support for Flash on Android after ICS. ICS is the last release that'll have Flash officially. Right now, it's only on the stock browser, and Chrome Beta for Android doesn't support it either.

Both developers are putting their money behind HTML5, with Adobe also hedging bets on their Air platform.

Pretty confident the website *just* uses Flash, nothing else like Silverstripe, however when a friend came over to watch the Rugby (He has iSky, I have VDSL2, so we thought it'd be fun), it didn't work due to issues with Skys website, nothing to do with our setup. Is it possible that's still happening?
