Keyboard . ALT + Prtscrn .
Then paste into a photo prog, save as . . . .
Then upload using Manage attachments on your post .

OK, even I can figure out ALT + Prtscrn, but what's a 'photo prog' . . . I tried Paint but it didn't like that .
