| 1465449 | 2019-12-12 08:31:00 | So the service stack for 1803 is already installed. the 1903 version wont install on top of that one. The stuff linked for 1903 wont install over what i have already. Unless i can get 1809, then 1903, idk Edit, just tried the 1809 service stack, which didnt install, and said "The update is not applicable to your computer". |

Select "to use on another system" so the creation tool doesn't just go ahead and try to update your system. You can then use the burned DVD to update your system. This method has always worked for me! |

The components for 1909 are already installed in 1903, just need the MS KB to turn them on, according to the following there is no KB to manually download from the update catalogue. support.microsoft.com But I'll see if I can find it any way ( theres bound to be a Off line installer someplace, not all businesses update via windows update) |

| 1465453 | 2019-12-12 20:46:00 | He's still stuck back at 1803 I think, so we are trying to install using the SSU and further updates for each stage to bring it up to 1903 and then 1909 should be easy as you say. Like this but going through all the stages before for each upgrade: www.majorgeeks.com |

| 1465455 | 2019-12-12 22:05:00 | yep depends on which Verson. 1803 to 1903/1909 is a complete install, 3.4GB (approx). 1903 to 1909 is only tiny about 20KB as all the components for 1909 are already there just need to be "unlocked" |

| 1465458 | 2019-12-19 07:10:00 | Are you certain you have the correct version for your computer ie 32 or 64 bit? taken from the link I gave you above. You may already have got the correct one installed so go ahead and try loading the other installs for 1803 to 1809 in the correct order given in the link from Major Geeks above. Also have another try at downloading and installing through the MS Update on the computer. |
