1465219 2019-12-02 02:29:00 Is there a way to remove /stop the ads from MS Solitaire games? It's annoying!

OS: Windows 10 with latest updates.

1465221 2019-12-02 04:54:00 OR simply install the Windows 7 games into W10. Not offically supported but they install and work fine.

Number 1 unzip and install winaero.com

1465223 2019-12-03 18:02:00 Linux has a lovely solitaire game called Aisleriot, which contains many more variants (over 40 last time I looked) than the Windows one ever did, and no ads whatsoever, of course.

Maybe someone can figure out how to compile it for Windows.... There was a really old Win32 version I found on the internet, but it was a bit buggy and didn't have the latest games.

Bit overkill for one game perhaps but you could always install Linux in a virtual machine to run solitaire :) For a while I had Linux mint set up that way but ditched it after the novelty of VMs wore off for me.
