Set up new email account. Entered info as per prompts. Checked all information entered is correct. Changed port settings as advised by spark for xtra email Port incoming 993 outgoing 465. Tried repair didn't work Any suggestions or any other detail you require? |

Happened to me a little while ago too. 2010 is now too old and Spark no longer uses 2010. I'm afraid you will need a more modern program. Can't remember what I did except I think I set up a Gmail email and then linked Spark into it somehow. I think I rang Spark for guidance. I'm sure someone will follow me and have some good ideas. |

As Bryan posted, 2010 is to old and insecure.
Try something like EMClient. Two version free and paid, generally the free works for most people. :) |

Hi, got Outlook 2010 running on my Windows 11 computer. No idea how come. I was running it on Windows 10, before up dating to 11. Not sure why / how it came to work. EMClient is very good. Good luck with your search. :-) |

Good luck with your search. :-) The problem with Outlook 2010 is not the Actual program and Windows 10 or 11, its the email providers, their security settings are to advanced for Outlook 2010, and they consider the actual program (outlook) to insecure and out dated. Other parts of office, word, excel etc usually all work fine. |

I am in the process of moving from my old Windows 10 computer to my new Windows computer I have downloaded EmClient free from the net. I have had no problems with the program on Windows 11. |
