Of course they won't be able to communicate intelligibly with anyone else but that is part of the Government strategy — to divide and conquer. The less communication skills people possess, the less they will be able to question the questionable antics of the rulers. As for numeracy, who needs it? The Government will control your finances via the dictates of the Reserve Bank so no one need know that 2 plus 2 do not equal 22. |
