8221	2001-01-30 08:07:00	I am a 13 year old student and have intetermediate computer skills. I would like to study for A+, I+ and MSCE certificates but I dont know where to start. I dont whether I should go to a computer tution or study by my self with books, can you recommend anything to me? I live in Auckland and I also dont know where is a computer tution place either.
